Institutional Effectiveness personnel

This role involves monitoring and coordinating college-wide data reporting functions, including state and federal reporting, NC-SARA compliance, and student course evaluations. The position requires collaboration with instructional teams, IT personnel, and faculty to ensure data accuracy and compliance with institutional policies. The incumbent will also manage data requests, conduct training sessions, and serve as backup to the Assistant Manager of Data Assurance.
