Institutional Support Representative II

This role supports Institutional Brokerage Operations by assisting Capital Markets Fixed Income, Equity, and Money Market Navigator Sales & Trading departments with operational aspects of their business. The position involves customer onboarding, trading, settlement, maintenance, and cashiering processes while ensuring compliance with securities laws and regulations. The role requires managing risk, resolving trade concerns, and providing training and guidance to junior staff.
