Instructional Aide

The Instructional Aide works under the direction of certificated staff to support instructional programs and services for students, providing one‑on‑one or group assistance, classroom management, and material preparation. The role includes assisting with student transitions, behavior support plans, data collection, and various school duties such as bus, hall, and cafeteria supervision while maintaining confidentiality and completing required staff development hours.
