Instructional Aide

The Instructional Aide assists the classroom teacher in implementing a curriculum tailored to children's individual developmental needs within a collaborative learning environment. This role involves supporting daily activities, planning creative learning experiences, and working with students individually and in small groups to foster academic achievement and respect for diversity. The position also includes documenting pupil progress, preparing instructional materials, and assisting with recess supervision under the direction of the classroom teacher and principal.
