Instructional Aide

The Instructional Aide supports the teacher in achieving educational objectives by working with individual students or small groups to enhance skill development and maintain a safe learning environment. This role involves assisting with IEP data recording, promoting appropriate behavior, and helping with daily activities such as feeding, transportation, and hygiene. The position requires collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student success and may include CPR certification and crisis management training.
