Instructional Aide

The Instructional Aide provides personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in Grades K-12 within a Special Education Program. This role involves collaborating with educators to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tailoring instruction to unique learning needs, and fostering a supportive, high-achieving learning environment. The position requires maintaining student safety, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with staff, families, and students to empower their growth and success.
