Instructional Aide/Career Coach

This role supports transition services for special education students through work-based learning at Lake Huron Medical Center and in the classroom. The position requires collaboration with educators and employers to understand and meet the needs of students with disabilities. The individual will assist with instructional activities, monitor student progress, and facilitate community-based experiences.
