Instructional Assistant - EC

This temporary position supports the teacher by monitoring and assisting students in the classroom and during other activities to ensure quality instruction in a safe environment. The role involves assisting with academic and behavioral support, planning the learning environment, and reinforcing instructions to help students become more independent. The position also includes monitoring student well-being, de-escalating situations, and implementing behavior intervention plans.
