The White Mountain School
The Instructional Assistant (ELD) provides support for English Language Development programs at White Mountain Middle School. Working under the guidance of certified teachers, the assistant helps deliver instructional activities, monitors student progress, and assists with classroom management to enhance language acquisition for English learners.
The year 2024, our 138th, was our final year of The White Mountain School/St. Mary’s in the Mountains. Despite the tremendous efforts of the Board, school leadership and other dedicated community members to find a path forward, we determined that our model of an independent high school was no longer sustainable.
