Instructional Assistant, Life Skills Pool

This position provides instructional, behavioral, and individualized support to students with moderate to severe disabilities under the direction of a licensed teacher. The role involves assisting with the implementation of instructional and behavior support plans to develop functional, communication, social, and independent living skills. The incumbent also supports students in school and community activities while assisting with personal care, health, and daily living needs according to established protocols.
