Instructional Assistant Office- Athletics

Carroll Middle School is seeking a highly organized, student-centered, and compassionate Athletic Secretary / General Office Secretary to support the Athletic Director with daily athletic program operations and general office functions. This dual-role position involves managing athletic schedules, equipment, and student participation records while also handling front office duties such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting with student records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to working with middle school students.
