Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant supports classroom teachers by providing individualized and small‑group instruction, assisting with classroom management, and supervising students during non‑instructional times. The role works under a certified teacher to help ensure all students, including those with IEPs or 504 plans, receive the support they need to succeed.
