Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant supports the Classroom Teacher in daily classroom operations and provides high-quality instruction to students in small groups to ensure successful academic outcomes. This role involves collaborating on lesson planning, monitoring student behavior and academic progress, and maintaining a supportive, community-based learning environment. The position also requires cultivating ongoing relationships with students' families, staff, and community members.
