Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant supports the Classroom Teacher in daily classroom operations and provides high-quality instruction to students in small groups to ensure academic success. This role involves collaborating on lesson planning, monitoring student behavior and achievement, and maintaining a supportive, community-based learning environment. The position also requires cultivating relationships with families and community members while ensuring student safety and engagement throughout the school day.
