Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant supports clients with complex needs by implementing instructional and therapeutic activities under the guidance of an Academic Teacher. This role involves assisting with lesson planning, assessing client progress, and providing supervision and safety in both residential and community-based settings. The position requires collaboration with treatment teams to ensure clients achieve their established educational and behavioral goals.
