Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant works closely with teachers to support student instruction and the teaching-learning process at Isaac Dickson Elementary School. This full-time, ten-month position involves providing group and individualized instruction, preparing materials, and assisting with classroom management and administrative tasks under the supervision of the teacher or principal. The role requires maintaining student confidentiality, executing behavioral management, and ensuring a safe learning environment. Additionally, the position may involve driving a school bus when requested.
