Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant provides support to the instructional program within the assigned classroom, working with individual and small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts and achieve academic goals. This role involves assisting teachers with lesson assignments, maintaining classroom records, and ensuring a safe learning environment. The position also includes participating in meetings, communicating with staff, and supporting the implementation of IEP objectives and curriculum.
