Instructional Coach

This role supports instructional staff by providing coaching, feedback, and modeling of exemplary lessons to enhance the teaching and learning process. The position involves collaborating with educators to utilize student data for instructional improvements and developing plans to assist at-risk students. It also includes facilitating workshops, communicating curriculum standards, and promoting parent involvement to support campus improvement goals.
