Instructional Coach

The Instructional Coach supports staff in developing and improving learning opportunities for students by utilizing data to drive instructional decisions at the classroom and school levels. This role provides coaching, modeling, and collaborative support to teachers across elementary, middle, and high school settings to enhance student achievement. The position focuses on implementing core academic initiatives, facilitating assessment processes, and ensuring alignment with Title I and other restricted resources to improve student growth.
