About this role

The Instructional Design Lead is a hands-on people leader responsible for guiding a small team of Instructional Designers in creating high-quality, outcome-driven learning experiences for internal and customer-facing audiences. This role combines deep instructional design expertise with strong leadership, communication, quality assurance, and coaching skills to elevate the centralized Learning & Development team. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear, engaging, and scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of Instructional Designers to ensure high-quality learning deliverables
Design and develop outcome-driven learning solutions using adult learning principles and learning science
Conduct quality reviews and establish instructional design standards for the centralized L&D team
