The Instructional Designer I at Vitu will create innovative training solutions, conduct learning needs analysis, and develop engaging in‑class and virtual materials focused on business development, product knowledge, processes, and tool usage. The role involves partnering with leaders, SMEs, and the training team to design, produce, and transition instructional content while ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.
