An Instructional Designer on Amgen’s Global Learning Solutions team designs and develops learning materials and eLearning for global audiences across US, Europe, Intercontinental, and JAPAC. The role supports Global Learning & Performance partners by producing design documents, storyboards, workshop materials, performance support tools, and multimedia assets aligned with business objectives. It reports to the Sr. Manager Instructional Design Team Lead and partners with stakeholders, vendors, and shared services to deliver learning solutions.
