Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer at the Alberta Electric System Operator develops and implements learning programs that support organizational goals and compliance. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this fixed-term one-year role helps shape the corporate learning strategy and improve the overall employee learning experience. The position supports a hybrid work arrangement with core in-office days.
