Instructional Designer

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Instructional Designer to develop impactful learning experiences that address skill gaps, build employee capabilities, and support organizational goals. This role involves conducting needs analyses, collaborating with subject matter experts to design cost-effective training solutions, and creating engaging instructional materials using sound instructional design methodologies. As the lead administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), the position will manage system content and reporting.
