The Instructional Designer serves as a collaborative partner with school administrators and teachers to enhance student achievement through authentic and captivating learning experiences. This role involves supporting teachers in developing student-engaged assessments, customizing curriculum to meet individual student needs, and leveraging technology to personalize learning. The position also includes leading district-wide professional learning opportunities to improve instructional impact across the division.
