Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer role at Plexus involves developing effective, accessible, and engaging training assets and curricula using the ADDIE methodology. This position requires collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, Global Process Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to create scalable e-learning modules and virtual/in-person training materials. The role also includes managing foundational training projects, configuring LMS deployments, and collecting evaluation metrics to support continuous content improvement.
