Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer develops effective, accessible, and engaging training assets and curricula using the ADDIE methodology. This role involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, Global Process Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to create scalable e-learning modules and virtual or in-person training materials. The position requires managing foundational training projects from inception through launch while ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
