Instructional Mentor

The Instructional Mentor provides support and guidance to beginning and new teachers in Jefferson County Schools to promote growth and improve student learning. This role involves modeling effective teaching strategies, collaborating on lesson planning, and offering feedback on instructional practices. The position requires working closely with the building principal and the Curriculum and Instruction Department to ensure high-quality educational standards are met.
