Instructional Para

The Instructional Para supports students with disabilities in a self-contained classroom by assisting with physical needs, behavior management, and instructional programs under the supervision of the principal and assigned teachers. This role involves helping implement classroom activities, maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment, and providing direct care and support to students with various physical and developmental needs. The position requires effective communication, adaptability, and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
