Instructional Paraeducator - Resource Room

The Instructional Paraeducator supports students in the Resource Room at Franklin Elementary by delivering teacher-directed instruction and providing one-on-one or small group academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support. This role involves maintaining a safe and structured learning environment using trauma-informed strategies and CPI-approved de-escalation techniques while accurately documenting student progress and IEP goals. The position requires assisting with classroom management, student supervision, and first aid as needed within a 180-day school calendar.
