Instructional Paraeducator - Resource Room

The Instructional Paraeducator supports students in a resource room setting by delivering teacher-directed instruction and providing one-on-one or small group academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support. This role involves maintaining a safe and structured learning environment using trauma-informed strategies and behavior intervention plans while accurately documenting student progress and IEP goals. The position requires collaboration with teachers and support teams to assist with classroom management, assessments, and student supervision throughout the school day.
