Instructional Paraeducator - Special Education

The Instructional Paraeducator provides evidence-based student support within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) model, primarily serving as a 1-to-1 aide in a general education environment. This highly specialized role requires ongoing training, frequent revisiting of student goals, and monitoring of student growth.
