Instructional Paraprofessional - Title 1

The Instructional Paraprofessional supports qualifying students in achieving their educational goals through targeted individual, small-group, and whole-group instruction while maintaining a positive learning environment. This full-time position works under the supervision of the classroom teacher, building principal, or Federal Programs Director at Reed Elementary. The role focuses on assisting with instructional programs, classroom management, and administrative duties to foster student success.
