Instructional Paraprofessional

The Instructional Paraprofessional works alongside classroom teachers to plan and implement child development activities that promote social, physical, and intellectual growth for elementary school students. This role involves assisting with daily routines, providing small group instruction, and supporting the implementation of the Project Construct Curriculum. The position also includes collaborating with parents, participating in program planning, and helping students develop essential self-care and social skills.
