Instructional Paraprofessional

The Instructional Paraprofessional works with students in the classroom and small groups under the supervision of a licensed specialist to deliver intervention lessons, progress monitor, and reteach as needed. This full-time role involves providing differentiated support to EL, SPED, and general education students while implementing intervention programs with fidelity to accelerate learning. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
