Instructional Paraprofessional

The Instructional Paraprofessional assists in achieving instructional objectives by working with individual students or small groups to promote their achievement and overall success under the supervision of a Building Administrator and direction from teachers. The role involves providing student assistance, reinforcing learning, and supporting teachers with classroom management and instructional materials. This position requires maintaining a positive classroom environment and serving as a role model for students and colleagues.
