Instructor – Learning Lead

The Instructor – Learning Lead is a multifaceted role responsible for instructional design, delivering instructor-led training, and creating training resources, exams, and certifications. The position involves evaluating existing training efforts to analyze effectiveness and ROI, conducting needs analysis, and establishing feedback loops between learning and leadership. This role also focuses on counseling managers on employee development and utilizing the Learning Management System to administer courses and analyze training data.
