About this role

This position supports the growth of the Pediatric Palliative Medicine Section at Children's Hospital Colorado by delivering comprehensive palliative care to children with life-altering or life-threatening conditions. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to manage pain and symptoms, clarify goals of care, and provide spiritual, psychosocial, and emotional support across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. The position requires conducting assessments, coordinating care, and participating in quality improvement and educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Deliver pediatric palliative care through pain and symptom management
Formulate and modify palliative care plans with interdisciplinary team input
