Instructor Pool (Management) for the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse is a standing pool of potential lecturers to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses as departmental needs arise. Hired instructors teach face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online courses, maintain currency in their content area, evaluate student work, and provide student feedback and office hours. Appointments are fixed-term and subject to departmental supervision and assignment.
