The Instructor – Water Sport delivers safe, engaging, and high-quality watersports experiences across The Red Sea destination, providing professional instruction and supervising guests during activities. The role ensures all watersports equipment and operational assets are maintained in a safe and service-ready condition while promoting responsible enjoyment of the marine environment. This position supports the daily operation of WAMA's watersports programme by adhering to RSSE operating procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
