SPENGA is seeking energetic and confident instructors to lead its unique 60-minute fitness classes that combine spin, strength, and yoga. Instructors serve as brand ambassadors, motivating groups of approximately 20 people through fast-paced workouts while modifying exercises to accommodate various fitness levels. The role involves teaching classes, maintaining studio equipment, and promoting the SPENGA culture to retain and increase client participation.
