Instructor

The Instructor is part of the Operations team and is responsible for instructing courses credentialed under organizations such as the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, and others. This role involves maintaining Cascade facilities and equipment, attending client and vendor meetings, and supporting operations to grow course offerings. The position requires strong communication, critical thinking, and service orientation skills to exceed expectations and lead by example.
