Instructor/Observer Trainer (I/O)

The Instructor/Observer Trainer (I/O) provides training services for the Medical Simulation Training Center, instructing and validating skills for a mixed population of Soldiers in accordance with military medical doctrine. The role involves utilizing high-fidelity simulation scenarios, moulage techniques, and environmental controls to assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills in classroom and field environments. The position requires maintaining proficiency in medical training standards and managing training equipment and consumables.
