Instructor/Observer Trainer (I/O)

This position supports the Army Medical Simulation Training Center by planning and delivering instruction and validation for medical simulation scenarios. The role involves instructing a mixed population of Soldiers in classroom and field environments, utilizing realistic simulation techniques to assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills. The Instructor/Observer Trainer ensures training aligns with military medical doctrine and maintains proficiency in relevant medical and operational standards.
