Instructor/Observer Trainer (I/O)

This full-time temporary position supports the Army Medical Simulation Training Center Program by instructing and validating medical training for a mixed population of Soldiers. The role involves utilizing high-fidelity simulation scenarios, moulage techniques, and environmental controls to assess critical thinking and psychomotor skills in classroom and field settings. The Instructor/Observer Trainer ensures training aligns with military medical doctrine and maintains proficiency in EMT, NREMT, and CLS course instruction.
