Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Technician

The Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Technician supports safe, reliable, and efficient operations at Major Oak Power Station by maintaining, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting plant instrumentation, control systems, and automation equipment. This position supports the CFB boiler, steam turbine-generator, combustion processes, emissions-control systems, and auxiliary equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. The role also provides limited electrical troubleshooting support for instrumentation and control circuits, working closely with Electrical Technicians and other plant personnel to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
