Insulator Leadman

The Leadman Insulator leads and coordinates a crew of insulation craftsmen in the installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of thermal and acoustic insulation systems across various industrial facilities. This role serves as the primary liaison between field supervision and craft personnel, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. The position involves planning work assignments, conducting quality inspections, and mentoring crew members while maintaining accurate production records.
