Horace Mann is seeking a motivated insurance professional to build or grow their own business serving the educator market. This role may be aligned as an Exclusive Agent or Enhanced Exclusive Agent, leveraging an existing book of business and supported by a strong brand and niche educator network. Both paths require active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, with FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6, and/or Series 63) as applicable. The opportunity offers 1099 compensation with uncapped earning potential and renewal income, along with ongoing training and dedicated support.
