Insurance and Risk Manager

The Insurance and Risk Manager serves as the organization's primary subject matter expert for insurance and enterprise risk management, leading corporate insurance programs and the ERM framework. This role manages insurance-related claims, supervises the Insurance Coordinator, and maintains key broker and carrier relationships to protect the organization's risk posture. The position supports a diverse real estate portfolio, including distressed assets and receivership engagements, by navigating complex insurance and risk-related issues throughout the asset lifecycle.
