Insurance Coordinator - CBO

The Insurance Coordinator - CBO ensures accuracy and timely filing for all dental claims, reviews Accounts Receivable reports, and follows up on outstanding insurance claims and balances. The role involves working on problem EOBs, denials, and processing appeals as needed, while maintaining and completing all appeals and requests from insurance companies. The coordinator also tracks outstanding insurance balances by category and reports to the Office Manager when completed.
